The amount of letters that will fit on the collar depends on the collar size and specific name. If you need more letters than what's allowed, you can email us at info@fetchessentials.com to see if your pet's name will fit.

The hardware and buckle is made from a long-lasting, rust-resistant zinc alloy material that is coated in an extra durable matte black finish.
Our custom lettering is also made from zinc alloy and is available in gold or silver finishes.

Please measure your pup's neck to ensure the right fit. Refer to our Size Guide below for help with sizing.
Small: 18" length (fits 11-15" neck)
Medium: 21" length (fits 14-18" neck)

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Wipe dry with a towel. We recommend cleaning as frequently as possible to ensure gear longevity and to prevent hardware from tarnishing.
To prevent the letters from fading, we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion in water. After exposure to water, make sure to dry the collar thoroughly. Keep collar away from chlorine and chemicals.

Size Guide
HOW TO MEASURE: To get an accurate collar size, wrap a piece of string around the center of your dog’s neck. The string should be snug, but not too tight - you should be able to comfortably fit at least two fingers underneath it. Measure the string’s length with a ruler. Choose a collar size based on the chart below.
OUR SIZE RECOMMENDATION: If your dog is fully grown and their neck measurement is between two sizes, choose the smaller size to avoid excess material at the end of the collar. For a growing dog, select the larger size.
