HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM NAME PET COLLAR?
Simply select the size and color from our website. Then, enter your dog's name or any other custom text you'd like to include.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE COLLAR TO ORDER?
HOW TO MEASURE: Wrap a piece of string around the center of your dog’s neck. It should be snug, but not tight - allowing space for at least two fingers. Measure the string’s length with a ruler. Choose a collar size based on the chart below.
OUR SIZE RECOMMENDATION: If your dog is fully grown and their neck measurement is between two sizes, choose the smaller size. For a growing dog, select the larger size.
HOW MANY LETTERS WILL FIT ON THE COLLAR?
Our collars feature bold, custom lettering available in gold or silver, providing a unique and stylish look. The amount of letters that will fit on the collar depends on the collar size and specific name. If you need more letters than what's allowed, you can email us at info@fetchessentials.com to see if your pet's name will fit.
SMALL - up to 6 letters
MEDIUM/LARGE - up to 8 letters
WHAT MATERIAL IS USED FOR THE COLLARS?
Give your pup a personalized touch with our custom name collars, crafted from high quality PVC coated nylon webbing that is waterproof and odor resistant. The collars are both flexible and durable, offering a buttery soft texture and a comfortable fit that your pup will enjoy.
CAN THE COLLARS WITHSTAND OUTDOOR USE?
Absolutely! Our collars are designed for everyday wear, even in outdoor settings. However, it’s always a good idea to check the collar regularly for wear and tear to ensure it’s safe for your dog.
To prevent the letters from fading, we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion in water and keeping the collar away from chemicals and chlorine.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CUSTOM COLLAR?
Because our collars are made specifically to your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to confirm the size and custom details before ordering.
WHAT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
If the item you ordered has a manufacturing defect or we made an error in the customization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to fix the issue at no additional cost.
