Each collar is made to order with personal customizations. Processing time is currently around 3-5 business days (M-F) + shipping time (varies by destination). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping fees start at $5.49 - the cost is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME = the time it takes to prepare & ship your order.
SHIPPING TIME = the time it takes your package to get to you once it has been picked up from our facility (time varies depending on destination).

All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Upgraded USPS Priority Shipping is available for an additional charge (normal processing times apply).
